Simply stated, In my opinion this operation is a hot mess. Not sure how the plumbing techs are but I scheduled an appointment and they gave a two hour time window. About 30 minutes before the end of the window someone called and said techs were running late. Two hours later and several conversations with different phone center reps who apparently had no way of contacting the actual techs in the field. I changed my schedule around to be home for the service that never happened.

Called the owner, Andrew after having another company try to sell me a 1600 $ water heater for 2nd opinion. He diagnosed it properly and it wasn’t the water heater at all but a tank valve that was a $ 300 part. They came the next day w/​part first thing and I had service field supervisor Rich Rollin replace part. He did it under an hour! Was fast efficient, polite and neat. I will be using Mr. Rooter from now on!
