Natalia Alvarado Stadler, DMD

Great office, great dentist, great service. From the moment I called Dr. Natalia Stadler’s office, I was treated very well. I was able to get an appointment that same week. When I walked in the office, my anxiety began to subside. The office was very calming and the front desk was so sweet. I haven’t seen a dentist in a while so I was nervous. But the team at this office was great. I had X-​rays, deep cleaning since it had been two years since my last cleaning, and a check up. Everyone was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Dr. Stadler discussed my dental problems and what I needed to do to get my teeth back into shape. For the first time, I felt very comfortable going to the dentist. A+

I had an appointment with Stadler for provisional crowns for my upper front teeth on January 6, 2015. She spent most of the appointment time showing me pictures of some Before and After teeth of her supposedly clients and friends. She took an impression and told me she would make my provisionals herself. I paid $ 950 towards them. A few weeks later, I called to check on the progress. Stadler told me to stop by and look at a wax model of my mouth that someone made for her. I stopped by to see what she was talking about. The wax model looked like it was someone else’s large teeth. I had my own plastics teeth guard tray with me which I tried to fit over the model’s teeth and it did not fit at all. Stadler told me that she needed the model to help her make my provisionals, but she did not have the time to do them that day as she was going on vacation. I waited a few more weeks and as she came back from her vacation she requested 11K upfront before she does any work at all. I asked for my $ 950 back since she did not produce what she promised, but she said that she spent time on the phone with someone who made that over-​sized model for her and therefore she felt like I owe her $ 950. She has not returned my money. In my opinion Stadler took advantage of my trust. Now, she is trying to bully me because I posted my honest review of my experience with her. Beware.
Just found out yesterday that she uses misleading insurance practices with Metlife Insurance company. When I paid at the front desk, I was under the impression that I was paying $ 950 towards the service I came there for which is provisional crowns. I was not given any breakdown for my payment to show otherwise. Later on Stadler said that $ 250 went towards some discount program I never asked for and knew nothing about. MetLife had no knowledge of any Discount program either. Yesterday, MetLife and I called her office on a conference call to find out about why I was charged $ 250 when I did not sign any contract to participate in any program. No direct answer was given by her new receptionist except that she is new and was not with Stadler in January, 2015.
I reported N. Stadler to MetLife’s Fraud Department. Hope they boot her out of Metlife.
I think the Department of Professional Regulations might be interested in investigating her conduct as well.
I lost $ 950. It is a lot of money for me. I hope after reading my honest review people will think twice before going to Stadler.

Loved this office! Dr. Stadler and her team were awesome! and carefully took their time to explain every question I had! I ended up with about 11 cavities (I know, gross) and I freaked out in disbelief but Catherine was kind enough to show me the images and X-​rays I had and showed me exactly where and what everything was instead of just throwing a price at me. I decided to go ahead with treatment and dr stadler has such a gentle touch that I didn’t even feel when she injected me with the anesthetics! To top that, I thought I’d be there for hours but she was pretty quick! I was able to fill each tooth and have no sensitivity! Which is the greatest thing ever since the dr said I was borderline root canals! Definitely staying with this office!

Very very disappointed with this office and their services. I felt extremely taken advantage of and mislead into having services done that was not necessary. I was never told that they were out of my insurance network and was charged over $ 1000 dollars to have half of my mouth cleaned!!! I’m so upset that I was fooled by these people! Do not waste your time going to this office they are SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I drive from Miami to go to Dr. Stadler because I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else. Dr. Stadler is wonderful, honest and always conservative to make sure that I am happy. Her staff is also a pleasure. They are kind, friendly and do their best to accommodate my schedule. Walking into her office feels like walking into a spa!
