It has been two years since my father was cremated, and we have no death certificate. Neptune recorded the wrong date and has not had it corrected. Despite numerous phone calls and letters, still no death certificate. Death of a loved one is hard enough without insensitive, uncaring staff that avoid clients after they have received their payment.
