As soon as they get your deposit, you never can get a hold of anyone. They spend their time giving excuses and not delivering solutions. Leon the owner hides under his desk and will never talk to you. He’s always out or on vacation. The turnover in the office staff is very high, its always a different person that apologizes because they are new and they’re just trying to clean up after the last person.
The sales rep Robert Pisacano promises but never delivers. Just search his name and see his shady past and arrest record/​mugshot.
However, they do deliver Maximum Stress throughout the entire experience.
I ended up having another contractor complete my pavers project.
So very disappointed with this company. I don’t know why Unilocal hides all of the negative reviews on this company. Something isn’t right here???

Don’t use this company! They told us 2 months to re-​do our patio and pool. Took a year!!! We were lucky to even get it finished, finding out after it was done the owner Leon does not pay his contractors!!! Be careful. And also week after week Leon lies saying his workers are coming and they never show up, and when you try to call Leon all they say is «he is in a meeting». The only time he gets on the phone is when his workers finally do show up and then he starts to bully and threaten that if you don’t pay more money his workers will stop working and leave. Also, the work done kept failing every inspection. And he fires office staff every week. Guy is a real jerk! Totally unprofessional. Especially not to pay the subcontractors and have them show up at our house because Leon lies to them to telling them we never paid him. Please do not use this company, Leon is a nightmare!!!

A decade after my parents had their pool installed, their deck was now looking like quite an eyesore. Completely black with mold, even after countless pressure cleaning jobs, cracked and just genuinely ugly, we agreed that it was time to do something about it. We found Oceans in the phone book and called them, along with a few other pool companies. They seemed the most professional and gave us a great price, so we went with them.
They redid the pool deck in a really attractive brick paver style. The difference really is night and day, and my parents love it. Big remodeling projects like this can be really expensive and draining, but I’m honestly surprised by how smooth the whole thing went. Highly recommended.
