Palm Tree Doctor

Do not use these people, they are not truthful about their fees.
They had come to my home once before to save one of my palm trees, which ended up dying.
A few years later, I tried to use them in good faith once again, but that was a huge mistake.
My partner planted a palm tree right before his mom passed several years ago, and a few months ago he noticed it did not look good. So he called them and an employee came out to do a treatment for $ 75, then 2 montbs later another one for $ 75 to heal his palm tree. With that said, they said that further treatments, if needed, would not be charged.
They lied… when he called to initiate a 3^rd potential treatment because the palm still did not look well, The owner Doug, would not agree to that and told him that another 75 would need to be charged. That is what he told my partner. So I called him and left him a unfriendly message. He called me back and said he would come out to look at the palm tree and we would go from there. He never showed. I later found out, he called my partner and said I was too nasty and I left multiple messages. Not only did he lie about that, but he said he was going to terminate us, so my partner said, no your fired!
These people are expensive and after losing one palm and now another still not looking well, they are also ineffective and not truthful about their fees. Be warned.

The best! Mike came to our house and treated three very sad looking bottle palms, which seem to be doing fine now! He fertilized a Christmas palm and told me what to do with a few of our other trees and bushes. Gave me information on fertilizing, pruning and more. Great customer service and they really know what they’re doing!
