Why it pays to just be a nice person. We stumbled into this store because hubby didn’t know what kind of sink he wanted and this was near our stone fabricator’s business. Bob, a kind, calm, and personable store rep, helped us and when hubby saw a knob for his new bathroom cabinet, gave it to him at no charge.
We left the store, with a quote of an Oceana sink that I wanted but didn’t know they sold. (Their price was a lot less than the quotes I already got! No one can touch his price.) We kept thinking about how nice Bob was — and how hubby really liked my sink choice! We returned to the store and ordered the same sink for both of our bathrooms. And when I started talking about the other things we needed, Bob was a wealth of knowledge and kindly made suggestions by taking us around the showroom. This store has very cool stuff!
They have faucets that have crystal bases, and sexy, curvy elongated spouts/​handles. They have shower heads that blow away anything you see at the box stores. They have «Infinity Drains» to put a piece of floor tile into so it doesn’t disrupt the tile pattern on the shower floor. They also have vanities and a host of other things.
Bob not only showed us the inventory, he made suggestions about layout (putting the stationary rain shower-​head at one end of the shower stall and putting the handheld on the other end of the stall, near the bench). He gave us quotes and I want to give him our business, so I anticipate returning and ordering more things to make the bathroom spa-​beautiful!
