Soleil Spa

The spa is located at the Wyndham Palm Aire. There was abundant and convenient parking, which is a plus. Upon arriving, Jackie at the front desk greeted me and checked me in. She walked with me to the locker room. My masseuse was right on time and led me to the private room, which was the perfect size. I do not like rooms that are too small and the masseuse barely has room to walk around the massage table. I opted for the classic Swedish Massage. It was great! I loved that it started with a warm towel on my back and ended with another warm towel on my feet. The pressure was just right. I enjoyed the scalp massage towards the end. I could have easily fallen asleep because I felt so relaxed. Upon finishing my service, the masseuse was waiting for me in the hallway with a cup of water before walking back with me to the locker room. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to going back soon.

Had high expectations and they were not just met but exceeded! Had a full body swedish massage that was absolutely incredible and had me feeling great the whole rest of my stay. The entire spa is recently renovated and looks great, and I seriously felt relaxed from the moment I walked in with the soothing aromas and tranquil ora. The staff was so nice and accommodating and my masseuse Karen was excellent. It was everything I wanted from the experience. I’m excited to visit again and try out one of the many other services they had to offer!

Even tho my mud wrap was great, the overall experience was only 1 star. When I made the appointment I asked for the addresses. I’m glad I left enough time because I got lost. I double checked the address online and entered in my navigation. When it dropped me off in the middle of a parking lot I called. The receptionist informed me that I had to use another address. What? Why didn’t they tell me this the first time and why is it online?!! I wasted 15 minutes from where I was. The spa is located in the main building. The entrance is out dated and you walk by people trying to sell you time shares. The spa rooms were nice and clean. Can’t say that for the bathroom. They share it with the gym and it was dirty with hair and used towels. I felt I was in a cheap gym locker room or hospital bathroom. It’s cold and outdated. When your trying to relax in the sauna you hear people dropping weights. not relaxing. Mary was a sweetheart ! She was friendly and made the wrap relaxing. The prices are high for the quality of the spa. They serve water in styrofoam cups. Nothing relaxing or Spa ish about that. This place was not worth the time or money. I’m a spa junkie and not sure why people are giving this place amazing reviews.

My only complaint about this spa is the price. There are quite the few other places around it that offer similar or same services for less. However, the service by the staff is exceptional. The staff is pretty well educated, and show that they know exactly what they are doing and why. They take all your needs into account, and give you a very relaxing experience. They also give you tips on how to help keep healthy without trying to sell you something else. They also have a sauna and steam room, your choice, that is all part of the treatment. A wonderful experience I must say.
