As you can read below in my emails, this is a company that responds too slowly to customer issues: haven’t received a contact as of yet.

Hi,
I know you folks sent somebody out after my first message, and the gentleman said that he would send someone out to pressure clean the pavers after they picked up the current dumpster, but you will notice that after today’s rain storm the oil has spread.
Maybe the right thing to do here is just change out the one I have; I’ll even accept a smaller one and maybe I can prevent the sub contractors from tracking the oil inside the house.
Please let me know your thoughts.
