Subway

So the thing that stood out to me at this location was their customer service. I have never encountered such nice employees at a Subway location. I was greeted by the manager when I walked in whom was cleaning the floor and told me to watch my step as the floors were slightly wet. The employees who took my order were also very pleasant. The manager is probably the one to thank for this because I am assuming he probably has previous customer service experience that he wants his employees to demonstrate to their Subway customers.
It’s in an odd place & if you are driving, it would be hard to locate unless you had your GPS on. It’s tucked in-​between inside a small strip mall. I came after 1 pm so I was able to score a spot right in front. They had booths right in front of the store to be able to sit. You make your order as any other Subway, work your way down the line to the register. As I was about to be at the register, a man came in to announce if anyone owned a jeep, it had just been hit by a uHaul truck that took off. The girl behind me was mortified and ran outside. The employees were shocked and said she is such a sweet girl who comes in often during her lunch break. The manager and an employee went outside to assist her as another employee put her sandwich aside. I left before I can see what happened but by the way the manager was, I am sure he gave her the sandwich on the house.
There is another Subway located inside a gas station closer to me by work but I rather drive an extra 2 minutes to get to this location when I am craving a tuna fish sandwich. I just hope that because there is AutoZone next door, things like this don’t happen often. I can definitely see that after a few visits, this is the type of place that they will probably be able to recognize me and get my order in as I am walking in.

Occasionally, when I forget to bring lunch or if I’m too busy to plan, I’ll grab a sandwich here. What’s to say about subway? You guys know the deal with this place, it’s like eating at the school cafeteria.
However, I really appreciate the great service and it’s nice to be treated well in a fast food place for a change. The employees greet everyone who walks through door and they continue to acknowledge you while you wait in line. The restrooms are always clean and you’ll often see someone sweeping the floor (sadly, they sweep while you eat but it’s better than NOT sweeping at all I guess).
The value is great; who can argue with a $ 5 foot long? It’s a pretty healthy meal, if you make the right meat selections and stay away from the fatty sauces.

This location is close to home. The employee’s are always friendly and the store is clean and they are very fast.

I like this particular Subway location. It’s clean, the staff is friendly (especially the owner), and you’re in and out quickly even if there is a line.
However, I do have to drop one star because of today’s visit. I ordered three subs without issue, and the two making the sandwiches were quite fast but very friendly. But when I got to the cashier, I got a lady with an attitude problem, who got angry because she rang up all of the sandwiches together when I had asked for them to be paid for separately, so she had to re-​do the orders. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, but it’s not nice to give your customers grief when you obviously just didn’t listen closely enough.
Other than Miss Attitude, I really prefer this Subway to other locations because the staff is so nice, and if you come here often enough, they remember you. The owner still knows me from when I came here a lot in high school, and that was 7 – 8 years ago!
