Came on a Saturday afternoon with my fiancé, who was getting waxed. Karen was working the front desk, offered $ 5 off for liking the business page on FB, which I immediately did and told her I did. At checkout, she forgot to take the $ 5 off, told me that the page had to be «liked» from my finance’s phone (which makes no sense) and even when I said I can «like» the page from her phone, told me it was not possible to receive $ 5, but that she can receive the $ 5 off next time. No thanks, as there will be no other time that we will come back. Ditzy customer service all around.

Waxing is a delicate procedure and finding a new waxing place can be a daunting task, but any fears one may have will quickly be spirited away after stepping into The Waxing Company. The salon is beautiful and calming and waxer Ashley is a gem. Laying naked from the waist down with my wooha spread open isn’t the most comfortable position to be in but Ashley makes you forget any embarrassment she is so charming and sweet you forget where you are and feel like you are chatting with your girlfriend over a rather odd lunch. Now what everyone is wondering about — the pain level. The Waxing Company uses a cold wax and Ashley is very adept and fast and does an amazing job. On a 1 — 10 the pain is about a 4 if you have not maintained but if you have kept the garden trimmed it’s more like a 2, and as I said before Ashley is so fast in under 30 minutes I can get a full bikini, upper lip, lower lip and eyebrows. The prices are quite fair and they are always running specials — they even give you a 10% discount for checking in on Facebook. This place is amazing and I could never see going anywhere else.
