Id like to comment with some facts in regards of Jess N review. There were about 50 locks cut on outside units in back of property. Thieves climbed on roof disabled cameras and cut locks. Only 2 units were missing goods. In regards to rats, you will find that in any outside storage facility. Try air conditioning if you don’t want to chance that.
I have been storing here 2+ years. Staff is always courteous to me. If I have an issue they help resolve it.

These units have rats and superficial security system only. My unit and 40 others broken into at one time. Security system completely ineffective older style cameras. It was easy for these criminals. They must have spent hours in the facility and no camera footage. No security presence after hours. I believe their is no incentive for this company to provide effective security.
