I always like going to this ups store because it is so convenient. I bring all my returns there because they take care of everything. I need easy in my life. The owner is so nice and always so friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, even the UPS driver who delivered the package was shocked at the price and took the empty box back to his manager to tell them! So ‘this customer’ wasn’t alone in thinking I paid too much to have it shipped! But I get it, the more you spend the more you save, so with that being said UPS will always be my first choice for online purchases, but my LAST for personal shipping! I will take my chances with USPS and if it is really important I will ship with FedEx and Kinko’s. And for those reading be prepared for another shipping rate hike after the holidays, UPS just announced this. Funny how oil and fuel are at all time lows and shipping volume is at record highs and yet they still need to raise prices. I should reconsider buying some UPS stock, because something tells me they will be seeing record profits fairly soon, if not already. Thanks for reading.

This is the best UPS store that I have ever encountered.
I went in to get packing materials and was told that thye can come to your home and pack and ship for you. They did this 3 times for me and NOTHING was damaged in shipping. CONVENIENT, EASY, RELIABLE SERVICE.
Dave assisted me and he was the most helpful and nice person.
I also brought my Comcast modems, which they also returned.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Your standard UPS Store services, but service is very friendly at this location. I have dropped off several packages here in the past, once I hand over my stuff to ship and pay and leave I am confident that they do a great job wrapping and shipping everything for me, which means I don’t have to wait around for them to wrap and pack. They are professional and know how to treat a customer.
