The negative reviews that people have left on this company seem very childish & petty, you can’t please everyone. Let me explain my experience with Chris Raiser & Chris Lavin the owners at Xtreme. They always answer their phone, as a small business owner this is very important to me! It’s reassuring to have Xtreme on my team & know that when I call they are there to help. The amount of knowledge Xtreme has in the epoxy & polished concrete industry is impressive, Xtreme knows their products & they know how to achieve the most resilient floors! «Floors for life» is nothing less than that, the floors they install, their products & the Genie machine can absolutely give you the ability to produce a floor that WILL last for a lifetime. Customer service @ Xtreme is not a motto, it’s a family. That’s exactly how it is there, a big family. All of their staff is well rounded & very friendly. What’s not to love about this company? I joined them on their first PCU class (Polished Concrete University) and felt right at home, learned a lot of valuable information that will make me more successful. If I had not met w/​Xtreme & the team there, Chris Raiser & Chris Lavin, I would have been discouraged to jump into this industry. They have been supportive, encouraging & informative.
