After my PC had problems last year, Ken and his staff got the problem cleaned up and installed protective software to keep the system«clean.» They also removed the dust bunnies from an overheating fan. They were open and available when I needed them, and I think they did a pretty comprehensive job.

I brought my macbook in to Ken. It had a broken backlight NOTSCREEN. He said he was going to ship it to a person who could fix it. I agreed. He shipped it to CALIFORNIA, it came back with a cracked screen. He then claimed it was cracked when I brought it in. LONGLONGLONG story short, we went to court. I had the original document which stated the laptop was in perfect condition on the exterior when I brought it in, and he showed the judge an altered document attempting to prove it WAS cracked. anyway, he is a liar, a cheat, a smug, stuck up person who doesn’t deserve ANY customers. He lost in court, I won the case. It will be in the records. He paid $ 250 for my new macbook screen, which in the end was fixed by Apple themselves for. somewhere in the range of $ 500 – 600 I paid for the backlight, which I should have, as I am the one who broke that. He is a dishonest person to the core.
