We visit friends each year in Ponca City and always set aside an entire day just to play at the Y there. It looks like the Mecca of all gyms, impressive inside and out.
Amenities include 4 racquetball courts, an indoor kids’ water park, pool, saunas (gender specific) an indoor running track, and two full size basketball courts. This is, of course, in addition to the mother load of all standard features you’d expect in a gym. The cardio suite is over-​the-​top enormous. Very nice free weights and machine weights sections. They have nice looking classrooms, though we’ve never utilized any of those. The (multiple) kids’ areas are amazing with the rock climbing wall, video game arcade on large screens and water park area.
Sure wish THIS facility had been around when we still lived Ponca City!

This place is really nice! Indoor rock wall is super cool. As stated in other reviews the indoor pool is wonderful and the kids love the water slide. Too many activities to list so make sure to check with the front desk staff so you don’t miss out!

Beautiful, huge new YMCA. Very nice cardio equipment and weights. Wish instructor was more enthusiastic. But overall an amazing gym that has every piece of fitness equipment you would ever need. Including indoor pool. Will visit everytime we visit!
