This is upper Buffalo National River National Park Steele Creek Trail Head. They have the camp site if you want to spend a night in the wild. Please remember no cell reception here. Everything need pre-plan. This trail head is one of the most beautiful place in Buffalo National River. The canoe or kayak only happen 4 to 5 month of the year. It is spectacular you can canoe and enjoy the shear cliff. The wall height in this area rise to over 300 feet height. While you walk along the river, the wall change location due to curvature of the river. You can plan backpack camping along the river. This place full of amazing shear wall and chimney rock. If you decide not to use the trail, the pave and unpave road also take you to this amazing location.
