Be warned! So disappointed with our first experience with Luxury for Less. We bought a buffet for our house, a very expensive piece. They contracted delivery and we had to pay the delivery people $ 95. One of the legs was cracked with bare wood showing. One of the doors hung wide open. If you closed one of the doors it would swing right back open. The other two doors were not even functional. One was poorly crafted and was installed crooked. The other was also very difficult to open as it would catch on the top when you tried to open it. We sent them pictures of the damage and poor craftsmanship. The communication with them is terrible. They had their furniture guy call us, after they tried to have the delivery guy call us to fix it, but I will get to that part of the story later. After a conversation with my wife he told her the doors were like that when it left and it could not be fixed. At that point my wife decided to return it. The movers, the same ones who split the leg, came back to pick it up. The guy told me he was the one who was going to fix it, and gave me all kinds of attitude insinuating that my wife was being unreasonable because when he called and identified himself as the mover and he was going to fix her furniture, she told him that that’s not what Luxury for Less had told her, as they had said their furniture guy would be calling. We expected someone with professional furniture experience to fix the piece, not a mover which is what I told him. It was a custom paint job as well, not sure how he planned to fix that after the repair. He mentioned that he had agreed to fix it for free with Luxury for Less. The piece was returned and luxury for less mailed a check, but the check did not cover the $ 95 for the shipping of a broken and poorly constructed piece of furniture that cost nearly $ 3000. My wife made many phone calls and left many messages over the past three weeks about the shipping. Someone finally called today and left a message that said they were not obligated to pay for the shipping. I understand that legally they might be able to not have to pay for it, but is that any way to run a business. Disappointed in the ethics here and I will certainly be sharing this story with as many people as I can until they make this right. Buyer beware when dealing with this company.

Really Great things and Great prices. A little hard to find… I drove right past it twice. Kind of tucked away in the back. Two buildings actually.
