RUDE! I parked out front of the Ponte Vedra office for a few minutes, waiting to pick up a friend for lunch and an extremely rude man(I’m guessing the owner) came outside told me to get out of his parking spot. There were several other available parking spots for Suncastle patrons to use. Talk about a HORRIBLE first impression!

Please see the pics of the email correspondence complete with screen shots of the experience we had with the owner. In his defense of his company’s reputation he calls everything on the reviews«lies.» You will see that everything I wrote was true, by his admission. I will not do business with this company and feel that Frank is the sad person who lies about innocent people leaving reviews…

Like most other property managers /realtors, these people will act like your best friend when you are«looking to buy» — as soon as they can’t sell something to you, they become non-responsive and incompetant. I moved my parents down to the Florida area and negotiated a lease, while they looked to purchase property. The initial meeting was friendly and they were responsive, however, we dealt with a younger realtor. We negotiated in good faith for a seven month period w/a right of first refusal for future rentals. Somehow that never made it’s way into the contract. None the less, we were pressed to enter in the agreement(house in NJ had been sold), so I moved them down. The complaints started a month or two in. There were issues with the units washing machine, which is understandable. What is not understandable is the delay in responding and almost arrogance by their office displayed towards senior citizens. Let’s face it — the average age of a PVB resident is over 60, and propbably won’t read this, but if you do stumble upon this — stay away from SunCastle and Sue Ogden.
