Great shop good selection. Hands down the best camera shop in Metro Detroit. Prices comparable to the big NY shops. If you need it and they don’t have it, they will get it 4 you.

I’m a Canon 5D Mark II shooter (mainly video) based primarily out of LA. Camera Mart seems to have most items and are fair priced (compare to B&H), but most importantly for me, the staff knows their stuff and are kind and willing to discuss. They have my thumbs up.

This is the definitive shutterbug store across Metro-​Detroit. Nobody has the same product lines, inventory levels, expertise, or care that this quality outfitter provides.
They are excited to help — and genuinely care about the customer’s experience. Each of my visits here has been extraordinary. The staff pour themselves into the customer — teaching, guiding, and motivating them to shoot more, and take better pictures!
Furthermore, rather than pushing a sale to buying expensive lenses, tripods, etc., the staff encouraged me to hold off on purchases — and grow into what I currently own before switching into different equipment.
Overall, I’m a hooked customer, and would much rather work with this class retailer than visit amazon or adorama online for my camera-​related purchases.

I try to visit Camera Mart every time I visit the Detroit Area. They have a wide selection of brands as well as helpful and friendly staff. If you’re in the need for anything related to photography, I highly recommend this store.
