Can’t miss the little red trailer in the parking lot of the Dollar Center off Baldwin Rd. just north of Montcalm. I have never been anything but pleased with the food. It’s just delicious. Perfect for a busy day.
The tacos are incredibly flavorful. The salsa is fresh and spicy. There usually isn’t a menu posted but typically they have steak, pork and chicken tacos. They also have burritos, and I believe he said they do quesadillas as well. Prices are reasonable. We often dig some change out of our bucket and walk down for dinner or lunch.
He doesn’t set up on Monday, but I’m pretty sure he’s there most other days. Looks like he opens before noon and closes up 7 – 8.
When we’re finished we usually wish we had a few more tacos. I could never stop eating them.
