The absolute worse service ever, the employees or whatever you want to call them act like zombies and are rude. The food was horrible… the coleslaw was frozen, the mashed potatoes were watery, and the they gave me a gallon of sweet tea that wasn’t sweet. This place needs new management and new employees. I want to leave 0 stars but Unilocal is making me leave at least one

The food is great, but I was less than impressed with the service there. Every time I go through the drive thru I have to repeat my order. It’s not like I’m ordering anything crazy or anything, just a combo with spicy chicken fries and a drink. Then I have to wait and wait for the chicken to be done. Now I appreciate not getting raw chicken but waiting 20 – 30 mins for chicken is just silly. If the service was better it would have been a higher star review.
