Store is shiesty, took my unlocked Note to switch from AT&T to T-mobile. Service seemed cool and went smooth.
During checking out and paying for my sim card was warned that service would work better with a T-mobile Galaxty Note… sounded like it made sense and I could get it financed into my bill but wasnt there for that and he showed me I was getting texts and calls.
Long story short Sam failed to input T-mobile codes to allow MMS texts along with other «mistakes».
Had a «phone fix store» easily lookup and correct all this and charged nothing
Need stores like this to stay out of Waterford/Pontiac, no respect so it should be made mutaul. Talking hard earned money tossed to trash

This T-Mobile location has by far the best and fastest customer service. The boys that work there are very patient and understanding, and are willing to work with you to figure something out. I would recommend everyone to come to this location! Thank you for your help!!!
