Wendy’s

Horrible place to stop. Family is on our way down to St. Louis. The place is really dirty and the service is awful. They forgot about half of our order too. All of the employees just screw around as well.

This Wendy’s is rarely prepared. My family and I stop here on trips out of town & more often than not they are out of foods. It doesn’t seem hard to me to keep supplies stocked. Slow service as well

Went there for chili and they were out Wth how is Wendy’s out of chili get a new manager you suck!

this place is terribly maintained! Food order is NEVER right and it’s disgustingly dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and the employees and management aren’t very friendly at all!

I gave them the order in writing and the messed it up twice. Terrible place,

What country is this? These employees are from another planet. Quite possibly the dirtiest fast food restaurant i have been to. I don’t ever write reviews on Unilocal,but this place is so bad i had to. Walk in to a medium soda and half order of fries spilled all over the ground and none of the 10 people working doing anything about it. Eventually someone got a mop and half assed cleaned it up. The food has been sitting out for hours no doubt. Double stack was dry as a bone, shriveled up and had no flavor… think middle school cafeteria and the burger has been under a heat lamp since breakfast. I hope the health department shuts this place down and all these mongoloids lose their jobs

Inside ate lunch 2−6−13. Coke tasted terrible so poured it out in restroom and returned to counter for another. Terrible, too. When I was leaving, the male manager who had been behind the counter complaining about having to «clean-​up» after day shift, was refilling kethup containers and complaining that the bag hole was reversed. I mentioned the coke problem and he said, «Oh yeah, someone mixed up the diet with the regular a couple of days ago and it has been a problem ever since.» No offer to make it right or apology!!! I am a «local,» so I will obviously not return as there are many other choices in our community. It was closed for several years and I imagine it’s on the same path again with this kind of management.

Hungry during our road trip back home we stopped in for a quick bite. so strange to be at a Wendy’s in these parts — it’s so desolate. Staff was really friendly. At one point we were the only customers in there, together with a giant inflatable chicken. Good thing is that everything was prepared fresh — so we had some nice hot french fries to warm us up (it was chilly outside that day).
Still…looking out and seeing no people, no real traffic… was a little creepy to us City folk. But the food was good, and that’s what counts.

Not really what I would call fast food. Went inside to eat. We were the only two people in there. It took them a long time to prepare and serve the food.
