I ordered through the dr drive-through around 9PM the line took forever there was three people working everyone looked very dirty and hot the floors were disgusting and oily and there was no customer service skills at all used no one told me to have a nice day no one asked how I was doing, just a very bad time to get Wendy’s. Kinda sad I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and this is probably the reason why. Oh well I’ll try again another day. 2 stars for me just being nice?

Someone put these guys out of their misery. The orders are not only wrong, but cold. The staff would much rather be somewhere else.

Stopped here at 3pm on Sunday. No drive thru line, pulled right up. Sat there for several minutes. Said hello, hello, honked a couple times. Nothing! So we parked and went in. As we walked in I could hear the person in the car behind me talking to the drive thru. I walked in and said«was there something wrong with drive thru». The women at the counter said«were you in the black truck?» I said«yes» and She said«well sometimes it doesn’t work.» Ok so we were just going to order until I saw her turn to the other girl and roll here eyes, Well, they just lost out on a huge order for a family of 6. I will not be returning especially after my 13 year old said«I think they were racist because everyone in there was black and we were white.» Well if they don’t want to serve us we will take our business elsewhere.

Look, I love Wendy’s, but this is one of those locations that aggravates me every single time I go. The line moves so slow, the floors are sticky by the counter tops, and the staff seems to be defeated and out of it. The Bathrooms here this time were kind of gross. There was paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor, and two of the three toilets were out of order. Overall, one of the sadder locations. It shares space with a Tim Horton’s, which is okay, but Wendy’s seems to be the sad sister that tags along. Some Wendy’s are good, and some are like this that just lack any kind of cleanliness and order. I know it’s fast food, but there’s to much wrong with this place to give it a good review. Slow service, sticky floors and a dirty bathroom make me want to run for the hills.

OK. I stopped here for lunch a couple of days ago. I looked at the incredibly long line and wondered if it was caused by slow service or just a fast moving line. While I waited, several people in the line just gave up and walked out. Well, I moved up quickly, but after a while and after I finally got my food, I realized that I would have been better off if I had bolted too. When I finally made my way toward the front of the line, I witnessed the conversations of unhappy customers with the servers. «Yes, we ran out of Chili. What do you want instead?» Then people that were just waiting for their food started to ask for their money back. How can you be running out of chili, not know it and let people wait for chili when there is none? So one of the customers asked how long it would be until they would have heated up some more chili. There was no reply. So he asked again. Incredibly, the counter person said«I have no idea.» So the customer asked if he could have his chili cold and indicated that he would nuke it in the microwave when he got home. To my amazement, he got it served in a take out bowl served cold. I wonder if this was a violation of the health codes, but that is what they gave him. So finally after more than 15 minutes in line, it was my turn to order. Fortunately, I didn’t want or plan to order chili. I ordered a Chicken parm combo and asked for a baked potato with butter instead of french fries. It was delivered within about an additional ten minutes. So it took almost half an hour to get«fast food.» But the story does not end there. When I sat down and cut into the baked potato, I found out that it was cold and hard in the middle. So I took it back, fighting my way to the front of that long line. The server asked me what was wrong. I told him that the baked potato was not cooked and that it was cold. He asked; «Do you want another one?» Fearing another uncooked cold potato, I suggested that I would rather have french fries if they were hot. He asked«What size?» I didn’t know what to say. I suggested whatever normally comes with the combo. So he gave me a small order of fries. They weren’t ice cold, but they were not hot. I won’t be stopping by at this Wendy’s any time soon. Dave Thomas would hate this place.

Go here maybe once a week and recently have been getting very poor quality lettuce. Couldn’t even eat my last salad, after 3 bites. Will not be going back here soon. –B
