Services was good. The salad bar was small and limited on extra side items. The broccoli and cheese soup was way to salty and had a bad salty taste. Very little broccoli in soup Christina was very good server Biscuits were really good

My family ate here for dinner tonight. My husband had their giant burger(don’t remember the actual name was but when our server Brian mentioned that he hadn’t had a customer order it yet, my husband took it as a challenge) i had a regular sized burger. We also had the salad bar and our son had chicken fingers and fries. Our server Brian was very great. He was friendly without being over bearing. He was genuinely nice and even took time to listen to our son order for himself. Our food came out fast and everything tasted great. When we were finished our server came over and shook my husband’s hand for finishing the giant burger. Got to love a waiter with a sense of humor.

We had dinner here last week on our way to NC and again last night on our return trip home. This is one of the best Ruby locations we have dined at in the last few years. It is very clean and very well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The salad bar was in tip top shape and all the items well stocked and very fresh. They have the best chilled plates of any salad bar I have visited. My husband and I both had the blackened salmon and grilled zucchini with our salads. The salmon was a very generous portion and cooked perfectly. Our waitress recommended the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake last visit and we got a piece to take with us. It was delicious and a very generous portion, plenty for several to share. Last night we got two pieces to go. I am taking a piece home for my neighbor who loves desserts. We both enjoyed our generous $ 5 Manhattan cocktails!

This is an old and small Ruby Tuesdays… Which is obviously very good because its always crammed… The servers are great… The food has always been prepared as I’ve asked… what more can one ask?

Expected more… got less. Initial server seemed to be in a rush. Her body language was negative. New server made up for the lack of the other. Food was great though. Maybe a bad day for her. I will come back.

So my family and I popped in last night around 530 for dinner. We requested a booth. We were seated by the hostess. There was a couple behind us, a couple beside us and 2 couples 2 tables away. Not busy. We sat there 14 minutes. 2 different waitresses walked by about 6 times. No one acknowledged us or took our drink order, We got up to leave. My husband requested the manager to let her know why we were leaving. She said oh well no one is assigned that area. Why were we sat there then?! She offered to buy our first round of drinks if we stayed. We drink water, it’s free. No thank you, no one complains then eats… extra ingredients could be added lol yuck! This is the 2nd ruby Tuesday’s that has been a disappointment is this chain Getting as bad as Applebee’s?! We won’t be back Im not interested in spending money at a restaurant that has crappy service.

Here’s the SAD truth, I will always go to Ruby Tuesday if it’s not super far away! I went by today after dropping off my parents. It was super HOT and I just knew that a «Ruby Relaxer» would quench my thirst. I was pretty disappointed when the bartender didn’t prepare it as it’s explained in the menu. Leaving out OJ is like leaving out the ice! I got an order of fries just as a snack, she delivered them and didn’t give me a napkin. She only had one other customer. So, I got awful service and a drink made half assed. But on the upside, she was on her phone. Guess she is really important? Very disappointed.

Well we were expecting much more. Our server was slow and inefficient. Looking around at the other tables they had already received their drinks AND bread. Everything over all was slow. My prime rib was under cooked. Definitely would not recommend.

I was pretty much surprised with this Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant. I’m not real big on their chain but I ran out of places to go after being in the area for a week so my wife and I gave it a try. I ordered the Bourbon glazed pork chop and it wasn’t only huge but maybe the most moist and tender chop I ever had. It was really good. My wife wasn’t excited about it but she wasn’t disappointed either. Our food came out in a reasonable time and the service was okay.

I was so impressed with this ruby Tuesday! From the moment I walked in to the time I left every employee was super friendly. I got the bacon cheese burger cooked medium well and it was cooked perfectly and was juicy. The fries were crispy too. The salad bar was fresh and clean. Yumm!

Eaten at a lot of Ruby’s… Pooler Parkway is the best. Love the fire grilled rib eye and grilled zucchini. Salad bar is always fresh but I do wish they’d add romaine lettuce. Never had a bad steak or bad service.

My steak didn’t even taste like steak. The waitress was very slow, so we had to wait a long time for check, refills, and food. When we ordered food, theu forgot our sides, so we had to wait an additional 15 mintues. Will not come here again.

Alright, so here’s the deal. For a Ruby Tuesday, this one was pretty good. It’s a chain place, keep in mind. As many other reviews have also said, my parents and I were looking for something quick and easy on our way down to Florida, but we didn’t want fast food. My dad and I got almost the same meal. I had the grilled salmon, and he had the hickory glazed salmon. The picture below is his meal, only because I got the salad bar and ate it beforehand, making my meal look a little more bland. Salad bar– Pretty decent and came with my meal as one of my sides. Croutons are yummy, typical sides offered. Service– Wonderful! Maybe it was the Georgia accent, but our waitress was the sweetest ever. I don’t think you could get mad at her no matter what she did. From what I observed, all of the servers appeared friendly and accommodating. Waters and drinks were refilled without having to ask. Food– My parents’ meals were fine. The portions were very nice, and the overall presentation appeared better than the typical Ruby Tuesdays. My piece of salmon was an excellent size for the price; however, it was not fully cooked. The middle was gooey. Luckily, I was filled and didn’t need to send it back by the time I got to the center(ate around it), but I shouldn’t have had to do that.

My cheeseburger was a greasepit, I literally had to remove the meat and press it between paper times a few times before I was able to eat it. The bread was all soggy and no longer crispy as it appeared it once was. I admit, the fries were decent, but it’s not enough to bring me back. Also more expensive than I’d like. My mother enjoyed the salad bar, however my food wasn’t that great.

We were driving to Florida and I did not want fast food and a salad bar sounded appealing so the family stopped here. The bathrooms were dirty and there was dust all over the walls and the ceiling around the vent. I ordered the salad bar and it looked sad. The tomatoes still had the cores in the top — they didn’t even bother to cut them off. I sat down with my salad and took a bite into a piece of zucchini and bit into dirt. I didn’t eat anything else. My husband got the salad bar and pasta with Parmesan crusted chicken that he only ate a couple of bites of. The kids meals looked okay and it was nice that they had the option of getting a healthy side such as grapes or broccoli. They got grapes but some of the grapes still had the little bits of stem in them. The worst part was that there were no vegetarian options. The salad bar doesn’t count. You would think a place like this would have their finger on the pulse of society today and have at least ONE dish with us in mind and not the usual«we can put veggies on bread» BS. I hate to say it, but we would have been better off going to fast food initially and as we just left, that is exactly where we are headed.

I should have known what I was getting into with this. Fresh off an I-95 drive and being stuck in traffic for over an hour, we didn’t want fast food. I have come to the decision that dinner chains are no different or better. In a day and age where everything, even you as a person, need to do things to set yourself out from the rest, I amazed these boring places still exist. Nothing new, fun, exciting or creative. Crusted chicken parm sounds awesome right? Not when it is way too salty and just boring. Wife hated the salad bar after biting into a piece of dirt and we cleared out of there fast. Ahhh… back on the road.

I’m not big into corporate restaurants, but I come here every so often. They have affordable drinks, a diverse menu, and a good salad bar. This is a good place if you have a family who likes different foods. I like their spicy fish taco and salad bar combo. They have a variety of $ 5 drink specials all day everyday.

Passing thru Pooler and remembered the RT there so pulled in for a quick and fresh couple of passes to the salad bar. One can make a meal of it. We usually order a side however.

Horrible service and poor quality food. If you want a ribeye with ¾ fat then your in the right place. Me and my wifes order was completley messed up for the start and we had to ask someone in the kitchen staff for assistance as our waitress was nowhere in sight after she took our order.

October 5, 2013 Saturday — dinner 6:15PM 1 adult and a kid Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 4 stars Background — My daughter picked the place. Atmosphere — Cookie cutter chain, all Ruby Tuesday feel like this one. Food Drinks — Water, she kept it full too. Appetizer — Cheesy biscuits, nothing special but nice. My Main Course — I had the Hickory Chicken, which is one of their low calorie food items. The chicken breast was small and flat. The flavor came from the watery BBQ sauce. I went with the spaghetti squash and smashed potatoes for my sides, which where in large quantities. Dessert — skipped it. Service — What you want in a waitress. Future — Visiting so I do not see coming here soon.
