It’s important to check out who you’re going to hire to do work on your air conditioner and heating system. The original company who came to work on our air conditioner didn’t wire my unit back up correctly and a few hours later we smelled the wires burning. The fan was running in reverse! We were mortified! Lost complete trust & faith in that company and called Keith with Comfort Solutions. Keith said he’d send his men over the next day before noon. The men showed up before noon as promised. They were professional, intelligent, polite and answered all our questions. Because of the ordeal we went through with the other company Keith gave us a deal! My goodness we couldn’t believe that someone would do such a nice thing for us! The workers fixed the wiring to the terminals correctly finding one wire was not even connected! They fixed the fan that was running in reverse. They cleaned the system correctly. This company has employees who know what they are doing and do it correctly. They take their time and check their work making sure everything is running properly.
