«Tilford’s Towing» should not have the exclusive, or any contract to remove cars from North Boone High School (refer to N.B.H.S Handbook page 35).
Tilford is the person responsible for threatening to blow up the school on Sept. 24 2009.
This is a conflict of interest and a huge safety risk !
