I had been a customer for years until today 12÷30÷15. Booked an apt with the owners daughter 2 days ago. Then I show up 3 minutes until my apt and I see my stylist take a customer. She didn’t even bother to say I’m sorry. I asked and was told she would be a minute. 15 minutes after I asked I got up and asked my stylist if maybe she was too busy for my apt and she responded with a huge attitude and explained she was behind. I explained that maybe she was too busy for my apt, she replied with attitude and not even an apology. I guess they don’t need my business or recommendations in the future.

*This review is for men’s haircut* when we first moved to Port Angeles, my husband tried pretty much all of the hair salons in town and still couldn’t find a decent stylist. But he did choose to go see Michelle here and continued until we moved out of state. He also hour his brows waxed each time he went for a haircut and was always satisfied. Scheduling with Michelle can be a bit hard because she only works two days a week, but it shouldn’t be an issue if you book accordingly.
