BEWARE: New Management. My girlfriend and I have eaten at Soho a LOT. Probably twice a month for the last five years or more. In February of 2016 they closed for a month and reopened under new ownership. The difference was immediately apparent. Service went downhill, which is strange, because they seem to have mostly the same staff. The problem appears to be that they are perpetually understaffed; be prepared to wait ten minutes for a seat in an empty restaurant. Please know that between the two of us we have worked 14 years in food service, so we are sympathetic. We kept going back. Strike two: more often than not, there will be a mistake on your order. Again, we are understanding. Mistakes happen. Most restaurants would comp the meal they messed up; Here, they’ll give you half off that meal. Even this was not enough to drive us away, because we do love the food. The final straw came during our last visit. For reasons that were never explained to us, our meal did not get made until we asked about it after a 45 minute wait. The man I assume to be the new manager made a lot of week excuses(he shirked all responsibility), and, as usual, offered to give us a few dollars off. Fine. But later he came back and had the audacity to insult us to our faces, saying«Don’t freak out, sometimes you might have to wait 15 minutes.» He knew full well that his restaurant’s mistake caused one of our party to wait a full hour while others around us got their food, but he had the gall to put the blame on us for being impatient! I can’t overemphasize how sad it is to have one of our favorite places taken over by a man who has so little regard for his customers. Please do not give him your money.

This is a solid good place. We had: stir fried rice, Mongolian beef(more like Sichuan beef) and Kung Lao chicken. Would definitely come back in future trip if the place is still open.

We were all ready for a great lunch and were pretty disappointed. Waited almost 15 minutes before server came to take our order. Lo Mein came with jalapeños in it! I’ve had Lo Mein in a lot of places, but none that had my mouth on fire. Nor have I ever had it made with broad noodles :-(. Server was not happy(and didn’t hide it) when I said I couldn’t eat it. and what she brought back was unappetizing and bland. My husband asked for a recommendation on crispy beef. What he got was ok, but not crispy beef. Doubt we’ll ever be back.

My husband and I came here while on a trip to Port Angeles. We ate dinner here. This restaurant is a standard Asian fusion restaurant. The food was tasty but average. Service was good. The pricing, however, was higher than what would be expected for a small town on the Olympic Peninsula.

Been going here ever since my mom got me hooked on the chicken coconut curry which I’ve had all but 1 good result with(my last batch was lacking their usual amount of veggie and potato in it). I also really enjoy their chicken phad thai of which it could take me three meals to finish. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff always very friendly and helpful. Prices seem about average all in all.

It’s almost always cold in there, but that’s better than too hot. They have huge portions and great food. If you like Asian food, they are the best in town.

Absolutely the best Korean chow fun I have ever tasted! Very sad to hear there may be a change of ownership. Hope they keep the chef!

Not impressed when my family came here about 5 years ago. We were seated and it took forever to get drinks and food. My ginger vodka cocktail was amazing though. Standard Asian Fusion food, nothing stood out and haven’t ever had a reason to go back.

Second time ordering PHO noodle soup in over a years span from this establishment while traveling through PA and left disappointed in the lack luster flavorless PHO beef broth soup if you understand PHO save yourself the trouble and order a Chinese meal and you’ll likely be more satisfied. Aside from the meal the server left quite a bit to be desired on the service side without nitpicking her polite but low performance attitude…

Walked in off the street because I saw they have a gluten free menu. I also am avoiding soy and asked upfront if there was anything at all I could safely eat. The very nice gentleman said I could order anything from the gluten free menu and they could make it soy free as well!!! Sold! There were lots of options on the gluten free menu so for once I did not feel doomed to one or two choices. I ultimately decided on the Phad Khee(Thai wide rice noodles). First, the portions are huge!!! And the flavor was absolutely amazing… Very complex and delicious. The bf got the Kung Pao Chicken, again huge portion. He says it was delicious and much richer in flavor than he is used to which was a surprise, in a good way. Definitely check this place out as the flavors are worth it and the portions are more than reasonable. Very impressed!!!

My girlfriend and I had dinner here last night. Great location in the heart of PA. The service was quick, efficient and with a smile. The meals were awesome. Seven flavored lamb was amazing and I only could eat half of it. With the price, this was a steal of a meal. Great ambiance and truly enjoyable experience.

Was really surprised by this restaurant. We had to wait just a second to be seated, but the food was really great. We had a large party and ordered an assortment of appetizers and entrees. Lumpia, fresh rolls, honey walnut prawns. Everything came out together and was fantastic. I ordered the pineapple curry fried rice, and phad thai. They were both fantastic and perfectly spicy. The waitress was nice enough to point out that they have a punch card and we puchased enough to quilfy for a free entrée on our next visit! Great little place. We definately will be back!

For Port Angeles, this is a good place to go for Asian food. I had an order of the Zha Jiang Noodles(fried sauce noodles) with pork. The menu shows a picture of a pepper next to the menu item, which denotes a one star spiciness. You can make it hotter if you’d like. For me, at a business lunch, it had plenty of heat. It came with a decent cup on won ton soup. Overall, I thought it was tasty and good. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The décor is actually very nice. I’d have to go back again to really get a good opinion, and to able to justify four stars. I’d give it a three-and-a-half.

This place is great. A group of six of us came in on a Saturday night. We were able to get seating right away. They asked us up front if we wanted separate checks making things easy for us. We were able to split 4 dishes between the 6 of us and had plenty of food. And the food was very good. This is Asian fusion and we experienced an Chinese/Thai mix. From seating to service to leaving, the staff was great. They were attentive, offered good suggestions, and remembered my requests.

I’m in town for business and was excited to find a restaurant like this in Port Angeles. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We had Phở soup, the Happy Family and the pork dumplings. I love Phở soup, and have had some really great ones, but this one was a big letdown. The whole secret behind Phở is the broth and the broth in this case was meh. Just didn’t have that rich hearty broth that Phở is supposed to have. The Happy Family is a mix of vegetables, prawns, beef, chicken and bbq pork. Again, it was very underseasoned. And it just isn’t cool to find prawn tails in your dish, with no prawn attached to them. The dumplings were just awful. The dough was chewy and thick and greasy and the filling was just so-so. Next time I’m in PA on business, I’ll try somewhere else.

Went in here on a cold and wet Monday evening and were warmly welcomed. The staff were friendly and attentive, the space was spacious and clean. We had a fried rice, kung pao chicken and Thai basil beef to share amongst the three of us. The beef was delicious, the chicken and rice were good. We had enough leftovers for a fried rice side dish the following evening. They had a local winery’s Cab Sav which was also delicious. All in all, a very decent place to eat in a small town that lacks a lot of choices.
