What a wonderful visit we had at the Aerie on the Strait. A perfectly positioned retreat between the towns of Port Angeles and Sequim. The accommodations are as comfortable, clean and up to date as I could want. Spacious with a nice filtered view of the Strait.
Situated on wildlife conservation property, the hiking, access to the water’s edge and open vistas were relaxing and allowed us to breathe. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Olympic trail at we had miles of well paved trail to walk and bike.
We ate at the Sabai Thai restaurant for a birthday dinner treat (excellent and casual) and enjoyed a nice white wine with dinner.
To top it all off — I saw a beautiful rainbow
It sleeps 8 –10 comfortably and has good spaces for being together and separate and at $ 350 night we can’t beat the price.
