Worst customer service ever, unless, of course, you’re a known local. Waiting in line for the one person working the register. The other person «working» was an old woman with an attitude. She spots a «local» behind me in line and proceeds to wave him over to the other register. What happened to waiting your turn? Not with these people. The good ol’ boy network proudly displayed.
Funny thing is I’ve lived here for about 5 years now and I’m through with the lack of respect for paying customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a less than pleasant experience here. The same woman copped an attitude with me when I tried to redeem an Ace corporate coupon. So if you’re in to being treated like dirt by angry-​faced people — come on down to the Port A Ace Hardware.
My advise is to GO TO BILMORE where they actually want your business. Randy’s staff is keen to helping and actually remember who I am after my second time in there.
Never going to this Ace again!

Small. Clean. Friendly.
We stopped by looking for a canopy and some other things. They didn’t have everything we needed, but they pointed us in the right direction. This is a mijo Home Depot on the island. Love the locals!
