Elite Nails

Absolutely rude people. Each time I’ve had my nails done or filled, they break within five days. Then when you go in to have it fixed and they don’t have the color you used before, they paint the one nail a different color and they do it terribly. I’m no longer coming here for any of my salon needs.

I am actually pretty sad with my experience today. I recently moved back to the area after being gone for nine years. I saw this salon in the mall and it looked awesome from the outside. However I went in for a manicure and pedicure and I left without getting a manicure. I sat down and put my feet in the bowl and then the lady started my pedicure. First the chair I sat in should have been marked as not working properly. The air kept getting under the plastic wrap in the bowl. So my feet felt trapped by the plastic. Then the lady started to complete my pedicure without using the stone to take care of the edges of my feet. So I asked about it and when she realized she forgot she started using the stone and it sort of hurt, kind of felt like she was frustrated to have to go back and spend the time giving me the services I was paying for. All in all I will not be going back to this salon. The only reason it is getting two stars is because I liked the color of my nails and the amount of coats that she applied without me having to ask for that many coats.
