I bought a $ 500 recliner a year ago. The foot rest mechanism became unworkable. Luckily or may not I bought an extended warranty for $ 99 on the recliner thru a company called Montage. I called them and started a claim. Each time I had to call them to get action. After a month they finally authorized for parts to be order thru Home Furniture. I’ve now been told that it will take another 2 – 3 weeks before the parts are received then a repairman will have to come out and install the part. Horrible customer service on this repair and each time no communication from anyone unless I called to inquire. We’ve bought other furniture from them with no complaints, I guess because nothing needed repairs. Horrible service after the sale… Finally got the part necessary for repairs. This claim was started on March 27th and finally completed May 20th. Pitiful warranty service. Only time anything happened with Home Furniture or the warranty company Montage was when I’d call and complain.
