I’m being generous with giving this place 3 stars… Nice wait staff. being from south Louisiana. I was looking for a place for some good crawfish… Found this place and tried my luck. Was offered mild or spicy… So, I went with spicy of course… My order was out very quickly. I noticed right away, spicy meant putting spices on the outside of the crawfish…(strike one)… The crawfish were slightly over boiled and hard to peel for the most part…(strike two)… And when I eat crawfish, sucking the head for the juices is like ritual. Every head I sucked was bone dry. (Strike three) …I hope they get it together and perfect the art of boiling crawfish, it’s not that hard… I won’t say I won’t be back, but I’ll ask for a few sample pieces before I order crawfish.
