Same thing happened to me I especially asked for medium ice coffee she obviously miss heard me for regular coffee. Then she swore«bitch» ! Horrible ! I was shocked for a second and didn’t believe she was swearing at me. I think she thought I didn’t speak English or something. Even if she wasn’t intensionally swearing at me I don’t think she should be swearing in front the customer when it’s her mistake. Fries were so bad. The cashier took my order wrong and so when I told her she gave me attitude. Overpriced for fast food. A happy meal $ 6.28 fish meal $ 8.19 and a 10 piece nuggets $ 4.62.

The Mcdonalds at the Port Byron Travel Plaza on the New Your Thru-way. Routine Mcdonalds fare. I did not experience any delays on a fairly busy Sunday night drive from Niagara Falls back to New Hampshire.

Open 24 hours, which coincidentally is about how long it takes to get an order of fries and an orange juice. Service this spotty is usually reserved for airports. Not as clean as you stand alone McDs probably due to being in the travel plaza.
