Fairy clean bathrooms. I’m from Florida. We don’t have rest stops that has fast food/restaurants. So driving from Buffalo to thousands land was made better with such a place! Didn’t try the McDonald it re pizza place here but everything seemed pretty clean and efficiently run.

Taking a much needed rest stop, the Port Byron Plaza seemed to have everything we would require based on the signs. Upon showing up we had to navigate a maze of construction in order to get to the portable Men’s Room trailer located in the rear. The amount of construction made it difficult to tell what restaurants were open until one glanced at the menu items. The coin-operated-amusement room at the rest stop left a lot to be desired as it featured nothing but 6 different drink/snack vending machines. Although I could easily purchase my necessary dose of Vivarin, there were no games of any kind to keep me entertained(might I suggest investing in the construction themed pinball machine«Red n Ted’s Road Show» as construction seems to be the main theme of the service plaza?). Review would have been more scathing were it not for the adequate space available for doing pushups, thereby boosting it up 3-stars.

I came here to use the bathroom, and was led on an exciting adventure. I followed a series of handcrafted signs that directed me to a wonderful men’s room in a trailer behind the plaza. It was truly fun.

Not located correctly on Unilocal map. I have submitted a change. This location has — McDonald’s Mobil gas Eddys Fudge Pizza Minimart Outside seating The outside seating is terrific. Especially in the summer of course. It is used by many. There are some outside vendors here occasionally as well. Restrooms are well maintained. 3 stars — nothing wrong with this stop — I think they have cleaned it up since the previous reviewer, or perhaps the men’s room is not comparable to the ladies.

On a trip from Minnesota to New Hampshire this was the worst travel plaza that I stopped at. In the middle of a holiday weekend I went into two stalls to find them out of toilet paper. After finding a stall that had TP I discovered that both paper towel dispensers were also empty. I could put this down to a bad day but the grafitti on the bathroom walls and the overall lack of cleanliness leads me to believe that the problem is more systemic.
