I recently upgraded my parents phones with the next program. I’m in WV where my parents are in FL. The customer service rep told my parents they couldn’t pay on the cell bill with out paying off their phones first… So my parents paid $ 1,300 for 2 phones because they were misinformed! This is absolutely ridiculous! How could a customer service rep take complete advantage of people like that! Michael H. You suck! You need to learn better customer service skills.
