Granite Forever

Built new home forever granite supplied granite lots stains and chips. Mark came out agreed stains put there by install. Rubbed some stain lifter on. Promised my wife he follow up. Never did. Stains and granite looks like shit. Sorry only way to explain. Buyer beware. Does not stand behind there product.

I will start with the positive –the granite is beautiful but it stops there. I wouldn’t have gone on Unilocal but for the response the owner left on my Home Advisors review which is where we found them. We are from out of town with limited days to get work done. Therefore we purchased and then promptly scheduled a full month ahead. I took a vacation day to be there. The schedule was confirmed by phone call made by GF. That as about the last phone call they initiated. They were due –1^st job I was told, at 9:00. I called at 10:45 and they were «not ready» according to Brianna. I received another phone call at 3:30 that they «maybe» could come that day or they could come at 9:00 Saturday am. They showed up at close to 10 and were nice but left in a hurry — asking me to sign the release and for payment. I found after they left the acetone they cleaned up with had spilled on my cabinet front and took off stain. The caulk lines are messy as well. The owner thinks my low review is un fair because my granite is pretty. Last I checked that’s due to nature. He also stated I hadn’t informed him of damages. Why would I? customer service isn’t a strong suit with this company if they think scheduling issues keeping me hostage 2days isn’t a big deal.

They delivered and installed wrong marble. The marble had 2 penny size brown spots that looked like burn marks. They said it was damaged at the fabricator so they filled it in with brown filler. They should never have delivered and installed the countertops if they had defects!
