Port Charlotte Florist

They were the subcontractor through 1800 flowers for an arrangement I ordered for my mother’s birthday. The delivered arrangement was nothing close to the one I purchased originally. I complained to 1800 flowers — they said they would redeliver, and since the first order was a mistake, my mother could keep the first arrangement (which was sub par.)
Three days later, this florist shows to my mother’s door, demanding the original arrangement back and threatening the sheriff if she does not return it. I confirmed with 1800 flowers in the phone my mother was to keep the original arrangement due to the mistake being no fault of our own.
The behavior and product turned out by this shop is completely unprofessional.
I do not recommend purchasing or doing business with this florist.

Have been using them for years. Twice in the past year arrangements I have ordered for my mother in Pt Charlotte has been such a disappointment. Paid $ 50 for an arrangement that was probably worth $ 25. Brought to their attention and they agree to fix the next time. Next arrangement was very skimpy again and flowers died in 3 days.

These guys ARE as good as it gets. I’ve used them twice and their floral arrangements are spectacular. They’re very reasonable and usually throw in a few extras.
If you are looking for a florist in this area, look no further. Highly recommended!!!

I live in Massachusetts and needed flowers delivered to my wife who is visiting her Mom in Florida.
Although Port Charlotte Florist didn’t have any Unilocal reviews I took a chance. The person who answered the phone could not have been nicer or more helpful.
There was a couple of glitches with the delivery (that was NOT their fault!) as I wanted the flowers to be there the same day. They tried to deliver a couple of times with no success as my wife wasn’t where she is staying. They didn’t leave the flowers out in the sun to wilt. They took them back and tried delivering later!
They didn’t give up and didn’t say they would do it the next day, they got to flowers to my wife the same day as I requested! My wife is happy and I am happy because she is happy!
Business that go the extra mile for customers is rare but obviously not for Part Charlotte Florist!
Oh and, I forgot to mention, my wife said the flowers were breathtaking, fresh, and beautifully arranged!
If you need a florist in the Part Charlotte area why would you
go anywhere else?
