I gave 2 stars just cause the server and manager was nice, and good. BUT they do NOT know how to cook steaks to order. I had to send my steak back 2 times due to it not being cooked right. If the device wasn’t up to par I would of gave 0. They just need to work with the kitchen on proper ways to cook a steak.

Really excellent salad bar! My favorite is the mushroom sirloin. The grilled zucchini is definitely my favorite side. The only downside is that sometimes the service is so-so. I prefer consistency. We came in tonight, waited almost ten minutes to place a drink and food order, and had a full plate of the salad bar plus 5 – 7 minutes before our waters came out. I give them props for having a nice establishment and genuinely like the food and specials, but it was a little discouraging to be so dehydrated. We liked our waitress and figured that maybe she was just overwhelmed. After asking for a booth initially, the hostess tried showing up high top tables and finally showed us to a mini-booth. Come on… You’ve already got it going on with the food. A little bit of tweaking and you are five-star casual dining :)

I am watching what I eat so I ordered one of their light fare options, it was described as Fit & Trim Sliced Sirloin. What I got was the Fat & Gristle which you could not cut with a steak knife or even chew. They did take it off the check, but there is no excuse for servings that poor quality to someone(or even their dog).

Always has a good salad bar. Good service for as busy as it was for a Saturday lunch crowd. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the fact that it’s in the mall. It is just personal preference of mine for a restaurant like this to be standing alone.

Ruby Tuesday is not a bad place. It’s at the upper end of the fast food echelon. We came in for lunch and ordered the following: Prime Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings Buffalo Chicken Strips Chicken Noodle Soup We were treated with weird biscuits after putting in our order. They reminded me of much smaller versions of the same biscuits you get at Red Lobster but no where near as greasy. As we pecked at the biscuits the soup arrived. It was far too hot to have been cooked on a stove, but I digress. The overall taste of the soup was good once the temperature dropped from nuclear heat to boiling hot. When the buffalo strips arrived, I burnt my fingers on the plate. Why would the plate be hot? Was there a heat lamp involved with my appetizer? I decided to just eat the strips and be happy I had food. The flavor wasn’t bad, but they were a little soggy. As we were finishing the strips, the cheeseburger and onion rings arrived. I cut the burger in half and split the rings. The rings were normal freezer fair made edible with some ranch dressing. The burger was okay, but a tad salty. I truthfully don’t understand why anyone would get anything other than a burger here. The food is edible, but it’s really just fast food at a sit down restaurant being reheated in a microwave or cooked in a deep fryer.

The four stars is for the BEST server they have, Dana. Every time my family goes and we are seated in her section, we have a great meal and superb customer service. This also goes for her mom and brother, who work there as well — but Dana is our fav! Anytime anyone else serves us, the food is still good, but the service just isn’t.

This was my first time there and it was really good. The salad bar was very fresh. That’s pretty hard to find. I had the bourbon chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Wish there was one back home. Will visit again before vacation is over!

Good Food, Good Service, Friendly Staff. Food is overall good, and if they make a mistake they’ll take care of you. I love the casadeas.

Fantastic overall experience. Server was very attentive, restaurant was clean, food quality is a huge improvement in comparison to the Ruby Tuesdays I am used to from five years ago. This is the first one I have been in, in that many years, but you can certainly see a change in the chain. Very accommodating to our four year old which was great. The new menu also proved to be not only great value but high in quality and taste. My wife had the salmon and I had the new rib eye steak. Both were exceptional. Salad bar was good. Selection was limited but was also included in the price so certainly no complaints. Items were fresh and replenished regularly. Manager even visited our table which never happens anywhere anymore. Overall it was a great experience and we will certainly return in the future.

I went to Ruby Tuesday’s this evening with family and friends for dinner. We had great food and great service. The food was above average for what you would get at the chain. Their famous salad bar was well stocked and clean. Service was excellent considering we had a group of 10. The food came out quickly and the plates were cleared quickly as well. If you are looking for a reliable chain with great food, make Ruby Tuesday your dining choice!

Definitely a step up from Chili’s TGIFriday’s Appleby’s typical mediocre chain food. Very good service and selection. Nice salad bar.
