I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple times now. For some reason we always have a coffee craving during this stretch of the drive on the way to Tampa. The Starbucks itself is big, and the employees are friendly. The drinks are just ok. I have never been blown away by what I’ve had. In my most recent visit I got a grande caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. The drink was just meh– needed more caramel. What really got me was that I was charged $ 6.47 for this drink. Definitely not worth the price!

Normally I don’t go to Starbucks since I do my best to stay away from corporate chain places. Mom loves their coffee though and this place was open on Christmas Day.
We stopped here on our way to the hospital since my Nei-​Nei (grandma in Chinese) was there finishing up surgery. Obviously I was not in the best mood seeing that I had to go to the hospital on Christmas Day. Once we walked inside we were greeted by a friendly staff who got mom some coffee and pumpkin bread and myself a peppermint mocha. They also showed mom how to register a Starbucks account online to get points and savings (mom isn’t the most tech-​savvy as you can tell).
I’m impressed by this location and staff and I’ll make sure to stop here whenever I’m visiting Nei-​Nei. I hope the staff had a great Christmas as they got my Christmas off to a positive start!

I love this Starbucks, drinks are always delivered correctly. The woman who works in the morning knows me by name, drink preference, and how I like my order split up to maximize my stars, and I go through the drive thru! It gets quite busy sometimes, so leave extra time if you are on your way to work! Every drink I have ordered from here, hot or cold, has always been fresh, and delicious. Kudos to this Starbucks!

Big difference from the Last Visit. Bryan took care of us. Very friendly Staff. 2 Thumbs Up to Alicia, Shift Mgr. I asked her about «The Chocolate Flourless Cookies (Gluten Free).
She informed.
Issue with, being that they are Gluten Free. BUT, NOT PREPACKAGED. This «may» be a possible liability issue. With the Company.
I sincerely hope they resolve this. Since, if it’s about wrapping??? These Cookies are Fantastic.
They GOT ME HOOKED ON COMING TO STARBUCKS:-)

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years &
I’ve been to this location many times.
SB has always offered excellent customer
service, today was an exception— the guy who made my coffee kinda roughly said“is that enough room”— then when I asked the girl at the register for a tall straw she abruptly said «no we don’t have any»
Anyway no big deal & I will be back, just blown away at such rudness.

If you’ve been to one Starbucks you’ve been to them all. What makes each experience different are the friendly and helpful people. On this visit Maureen was excellent! The entire atmosphere is very upbeat and relaxing. Nice change from the chaotic Starbucks in South Florida.

Not so great anymore. They have a guy who doesn’t like doing his job, disrespects customers, and won’t even take their order. He’ll pretend he’s Pizza Hut in the drive through while you’re sitting there trying to make sense of this infantile, unprofessional behavior. Maybe he’s high. Who knows. I’ve had enough. If Starbucks doesn’t want my money or patronage by paying this guy to disrespect me, I can keep my money.

So it seems no other coffee can beat Starbucks I mean, Starbucks can fix a perfectly good coffee and goodies to eat with you choice of beverage. Starbucks is great Go TO STARBUCKS

Visiting Florida and finally met up with a couple of friends here. The employees know this couple very well I guess as they nearly had their usual drinks prepared by the time they hit the counter. Now that’s customer service! Lobby and store are quite clean and comfortable as are the bathrooms. Well, I can’t say the bathrooms are «comfortable» but you know what I mean!
I don’t frequent any Starbucks often enough for them to know me, but when I want a REALLY good cup of coffee you’ll bet I’ll hunt one down! Size? Trenta!

Good clean Starbucks with nice staff and good service. It does get pretty cold inside, so come prepared for that. I come here often since it’s one of the only coffeeshops open past 5pm in town.

I am happy. This Starbucks has cleaned up their store while not sacrificing their service or product. The abundance of interior, comfortable seating draws me back every time.
