Tobacco Locker Cigar Bar

If you’re looking for a great cigar shop/​cigar bar I would highly recommend the Tobacco Locker. They have the best selection of premium cigars in the area, and they are kept at the optimum temperature and humidity in their state-​of-​the-​art humidor. If you want to sit and enjoy your cigar in their lounge they have a great selection of craft beers, wine and soda. They also have a large selection of lighters, cutters and other accessories. I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I will keep going back to the Tobacco Locker again and again. It’s a very enjoyable experience.

Having experienced several smoke shops throughout the US, the Tobacco Locker is a notch above the rest. The owners, Bill and Lynn Davies are very knowledgeable about their products and treat the clientele like personal family. The humidor is well stocked with great cigar choices. You can always relax at the Tobacco Locker. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a very popular Charlotte county cigar store and bar. The owners are very welcoming to cigar smokers and non-​smokers (no cigarettes or pipes here). Last year Tobacco Locker became a premier retailer permitted to sell Davidoff brand cigars. You will find other premium brands on their shelves. They are very attentive about emptying ashtrays and bringing beverages to their customers. Some special draft beer options are available along with their excellent selection of craft beers, wine, and soft drinks. If you can describe cigars that you have enjoyed in the past or examples of what you don’t like, they can suggest cigars that may be perfect for your palate. From time to time, they host excellent events that give their customers a chance to learn more about particular cigars or to meet manufacturers. The facility is located just a block off 41. It is appears industrial from the outside but is beautifully appointed with leather chairs and bar stools. Stop by and enjoy a relaxing break.

Very disappointed, the gentleman I spoke to was not very friendly or welcoming. First time I’ve been in a shop and received this cold welcoming. Not very open minded to listening.

Was in town and looking for a good cigar shop. Stopped by and spent some time talking with Bill. Found the selection to be very good and Bill was extremely knowledgable & helpful in picking out cigars. Will be back and recommend them.

Just placed online order with them. Ordered box of Hemingway Classics at a very reasonable price with free 2-​day usps shipping. Ordered on Sat, arrived in perfect shape on Mon to WA state. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Don’t waste your time with their online store. They’ll list products with a good price and then cancel your order and won’t tell you.

Great choice of fine cigars and great microbrewery beers. Very good and helpful staff. A must stop for cigar lovers.

I’ve ordered twice online with them. The first time was great. The shipment arrived on time with no issues.
The second online experience was terrible. The package was never delivered by the USPS. They explained to me that the USPS had lost 5 of their packages in one week, and that this happens to their customers from time to time. They filed a complaint with the post office, and I gave them plenty of time (a couple of months) to locate the package. The package was never found so I never received the cigars. They were not willing to do anything to keep me as a customer (i.e, discount on a replacement order). I really wanted them to at least try and do something to keep me as a customer, but their response was that I would probably never order with them again, so they weren’t willing to try anything.
Alright, if this kind of situation happens to their customers from time-​to-​time, why don’t they ship the order or at least give the customer the option of having to get a delivery signature? The cigars were going to be in bad shape anyways after not arriving after a week… But they didn’t seem to care about that either.
