My car died after just moving here, they offered the part I needed for three times the price that I found elsewhere. There are also other shops that are competent and charge less for labor and will most likely not try to fleece customers.

Suddenly my car stopped running on busy I-75 during «Rush Hour» fun, ZOINKS!
After a hot and 40-minute wait for triple A to arrive, I was off to Tuffy Tire and Auto Center on the back of the tow truck.
Dave and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient. They are Mom + Bob’s go-to mechanic /automotive resource in Port Charlotte.
Didn’t like the $ 1200 price tag or the fact that my car has a PITA of a fuel pump, but se la vie.
