When I made my appointment with this agency, they asked for my insurance company. I wasn’t sure why, and they did not explain. I made the appointment, and the receptionist said that the remainder of the information would be gathered at the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, the discourteous receptionist demanded my insurance card. When I informed her this was groupon, she reported that they would be billing my insurance company for a consultation. She also verified that I would be required to pay my insurance co-pay. None of this was in the fine print on the groupon site, and it felt too much like double billing for me. I refused the treatment and walked out of the office.
