Slow service. Below average food served in plastic trays. Only plus is lots of tvs on football Sunday.

The food was fine, but the service was atrocious. We waited forever for someone to seat up, we waited forever for someone to take our drink order, we waited forever to order our food, etc. etc. I ordered a beer, it took 20 minutes and it was a small even though I ordered a tall. I told the manager and he did take a bunch of items off of our bill. He said he was short staffed but based on the other reviews here that seems to be a common problem. It’s too bad because the food was good, the space is cool, if they can just fix the staffing issue this place has potential.

Arrisili,(sorry for the spelling) who normally works behind the bar is truly fantastic at her job and a lovely person. She’s the only reason, the wife and I go. Foods descent, beer is great large selection, great to watch games. Don’t have huge expectations but like I said, our bartender is amazing! Thanks

I’m of the mindset of no news is good news. This warranted some news. Some framework. This was a Sunday afternoon going into dinner time. Slow, if non-existent service. I’d say for the 3 hours that we were there, there was no one behind the bar half the time. Inattentive bartenders when they were there. Bar and restaurant were not full by any means. Order of wings took 45 minutes. A gentleman sitting next to ordered 4 chicken tenders which took closer to an hour. When he went to complain to a manager there were about a dozen staff hanging around chatting. Understand this is a chain, but I’ve actually had better service at a BWW in a JFK airport terminal than this one. 2 stars by default for the amount of TVs they have.

Our server hovered over us to order, then after we did, disappeared until it was time to get the check. Jack Daniels Burger was very disappointing — fake smoke flavor and no real sauce to speak of. Burger was very dry. We were there for a Capital Theatre event but I think next time we’ll look around.

I tend not to review a lot of chains because you know what you’re getting and they tend not to vary much from place to place(which can be a very good thing if they have a good product). At Buffalo Wild Wings consistency is always a plus. Here in Port Chester the staff is really great about going out of their way to serve customers … even through the chaos of the type of crowds they get after Capitol Theater events and all. Brian(the manager) and his staff in the evenings are particularly great. This restaurant rises to five stars on account of it: chains have the tools to score three and four stars easily: it’s service that seals anything above that.

Last time I went here was over 6 months ago. It was a terrible experience. Waited forever for food… waited forever for refills… waited forever for the check. Our waiter… believe his name was jared literally wasn’t doing anything and we waited over 20 minutes after I asked for the check. Finally got it and decided to just go to the front because I knew he’d take another 20 minutes to take it. He approaches me and goes this is a restaurant we come to you you don’t have to come up here and I’m like wtf… Really. I’m normally a good tipper but after waiting an hour to just leave I gave him nothing. He literally followed me outside and said really bro and slammed the door. I’m all about having a bad night but that experience was crazy. I tried posting a complaint on the website but they only let you post positive experiences apparently. Haven’t been there since and don’t plan on ever going back. I’ll stick to stamford.

I worked at a Buffalo Wild Wings in highschool that was way busier than this one… I really have to say it was totally disappointing because I loved BWW where I am from but when I moved to Port Chester and came here it was so awful! It took so long for someone to come and even give us water… We ordered like 20 wings and were there for 2 hours… Not even having fun, just waiting for our orders to come. I will NEVER go back here again. Go to Sherwoods in Larchmont, you’ll get way better service, way better food, and a way better atmosphere.

I have tried this bwg no less then 6 times since they opened, every time soggy wings and I have asked /complained /begged to please just leave them in fryer a little longer!!! The just won’t do it. White plains has several wing places that have no problem with the concept of crispy.

I’ve eaten at BWW’s easily over 100 times. This was the worst service and food I’ve gotten. Cold food, dirty glasses, unfriendly waitresses. Miserable

Place is in bad need of renovation. Floors are dirty. TVs are near unwatchable. And when you order take out, they more often than not screw up the order.

The first time I went here I had poor service but I went back and had the same waiter who redeemed himself. It’s still nothing special as far as food quality goes but the service was much better this time around.

Always like the wings, fries, and beer. Went there on a Saturday night hoping to get in and out in 45 minutes for a table for two in bar area before a movie. We knew we had a problem when it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to find us. We ordered right away including 2 beers. Another wait, we got water but no drinks. I had to go up to the bar to get them. The wings came out about 30 minutes later which meant we had to rush to get out. The lesson is: don’t count on this place to be able to be quick. They cannot handle volume at all. Quite a few other tables were complaining too. It’s just a frustrating experience. Admittedly it is quite economical. But you get what you pay for.

Yes, BWW is a chain restaurant, but the Port Chester location is the best one I’ve been to yet. Great service from all the waiters and bartenders every time. It’s smaller than the White Plains one, but I prefer the atmosphere here anyway.

The variety of wing sauce and tvs are the positives. Other than that, the burger was subpar. It wasn’t even mcdonalds worthy. Waitress was nice. Service was avg. don’t think id return.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone, based largely on service. Food is average, but if you’re looking for service go anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere.

It’s a sports bar so there are TVs all over the place. Don’t plan on having a heart to heart conversation with anyone here. I’m not into wings at all, but I’m a team player, so I figured, why not? The five of us(3 adults and 2 children) stopped in on a Sunday afternoon ONLY because Misti’s down the street was extraordinarily packed. We got out drinks and placed our order. I took a couple pictures of the kids and we talked, watched the games, facebooked, etc. Now, it wasn’t terribly busy because we were there at an off time, but I realized 30 minutes had passed and there was still no sign of the food. I know this because I checked the time stamp of the picture I took. Shortly after that, our waiter told us the food would be out in a few minutes. A few minutes later, I saw our waiter’s hands drop a tray of food that I had hoped wasn’t ours. As you’ve probably guessed by the 1 star rating, it was ours. That in and of itself doesn’t warrant a 1 star rating, though. Obviously, the food had to be prepared again so we waited some more. It didn’t take long for it to occur to me that the waiter walked by us not once, but TWICE without mentioning the fact that he dropped our food and that it would be an even longer time until we had something to eat. Naturally, I asked a waitress to speak to the manager. I explained what had happened to the manager and she wasn’t impressed. I asked why it didn’t even occur to them to offer us some appetizers while the meals had to be prepared all over again. She seemed pretty indifferent to my plight but she DID find it in her heart to offer us free dessert and(strictly upon my urging) nacho chips for the table. Not even anything with meat or even melted cheese — just cold nachos and salsa. To add insult to injury, when the waiter brought the food to our table, he FINALLY addressed the issue and apologized by saying«I TOLDTHEWRONGTABLE I DROPPEDTHEIRFOOD»!!! WTF?!! I’m supposed to believe he is that clueless about his tables on a slow day? I mean, just how many trays of food does he regularly drop? I hate to be put in a position where I need to speak up for being treated poorly, but this situation warranted it. My son was visiting from college and there were 2 kids there — 11 and 7. It kind of puts a damper in things when I need to stand up for the table to a waiter and restaurant manager. He’s lucky my girlfriend was there or he would have gotten a $ 0 tip instead of the strictly obligatory $ 3 tip. Yeah, I’ve developed a sensitivity to tipping, but they really didn’t deserve any consideration. From how i saw it, they owed US. The End.

Typically not a chain restaurant person but this place is A-OK every once in awhile for some good greasy bar food and draft beer. Favorites are boneless wings(honey BBQ sauce!), fries, and onion rings. While the beer selection is nothing to write home about when you have places like the Ginger Man, Craftsman Ale House, etc in the area, I do appreciate the seasonal rotations on tap from some of the bigger American craft breweries.

Meh, definitely not one of the better B’dubs. Slow service, not bad, but slow. Our server was nice and friendly, but didn’t stop by very often and we waited on the bill for quite awhile. Also, it wasn’t very busy at all, I’d say she probably had 1, maybe 2 other tables. Mediocre food. Fried pickles were SUPER salty. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was not nearly as good as I usually get at this chain. Just had a weird flavor to it. Blah. My margarita was delicious though, as they always are at B’dubs…dunno what it is, they are nothing special, but I love B’dubs margaritas. Lots of TVs, but many of them were small, non HDs with messed up pictures. I’m sure there is much better in the area.
