I went in today with a coupon for any size or type of coffee FREE. I use the perks app a lot and I received a coupon for a free coffee in my email. Before I went to the movies I stopped in. Ordered my coffee then proceeded to pay with the coupon. The nasty young woman said I already used this with an attitude. I said I would never try to re use a coupon. She kept trying and trying, then manager came over and it worked. I said that was the rudest thing you could have done with a line full of people behind me. I will never go back. Nasty, rude, then didn’t even apologize for her stupidity!

Nasty, Rude Rude Rude staff! They will get your order incorrect 100% of the time and then give you major attitude when you bring it to their attention. They will also speak about you in Spanish right in front of you. Owner and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this behavior from their staff. Store usually dirty as well, but the main problem here is staff, particularly morning ladies.

They never get my order right — — if i ask for milk in my coffee, I get cream; if I ask for hazelnut, I get regular. I realize there is a communication problem here, but they need to brush up on their English. If you don’t mind sharing your table with roaches, then this is the place for you to come. From an unsatisfied customer who has definitely moved on!!!

This place is the worst! The Manager Elizabeth is masty and rude!, went i today for some coffee for myself amd co workers. I kindly asked the lady at the counter to put 12 $ on my DD card, she apparantly made a mistake and put the 20 $ i handed her. When i told her i needed back my 8 $ she called the«manager» Elizabeth over she didnt greet me or tell me sorry for the mistake, grabbed the card started talking in spanish and told me she couldnt refund me the money, that there was no possible way. i needed my $, so rather than tell me hey ms. Could you wait a few minutes while we figure this out the lady started taking other customers and rolled her eyes when i asked her if i can still place my order while they figure it out. 10 minutes later Elizabeth comes from the back takes 8 $ out the register and gives it to me and then takes my order. Once my order was placed i go to where the sign says«Pick up Here» while im waiting she yells from the register and says come get your order its over here refering to the register area. When i told her it says pick up here shes like well its over here, come get it!. Told me i needed to fix my attiitude and to get out!, i will mever come back here ill take my business to Boston Post Rd. Your Employees have no customer service skills and make mistakes and get attitudes with customers because they have no idea how to fix the mistakes they made. unbeleivable

(This review is for this specific location) Such a good location for a donats place. Right before the highway, good coffee, and good bagels(i should clear now that i am not a big fan of donuts). Almost every time i hit the highway, i stop there for 2 things: hot latte, and everything bagel with crean cheese — extra toasted lol

The iced coffee at this location is hit or miss. Iced coffee isn’t worth it – too watered down. Its happened more than once here to me. The coolatas are good, but all the flavor is gone too soon and you’re left with ice chips. Hot coffee tastes a lot better. The problem is sometimes the girl helping may not pay attention. I’ve had occasions where she had to redo my order because she gave me caffeinated coffee over decaf. I have a caffeine sensitivity like you wouldn’t believe. Panic attacks if I have a full cup on days without enough sleep and not sleeping for a full 24 hours if I have caffeine after 11AM. So me ordering a decaf coffee at 5PM means I wouldn’t sleep, period. Staff has a 50⁄50 chance of being great or being nasty. Depends on the girl working and her mood. I’ve been to better DDs, but this one is good on the days where I need a coffee ASAP and I’m not near PQ/don’t want to pay $ 3.75 for a small iced coffee in Rye.
