I come here at least once month to pay my con edison bill. i always get in and get out. i never have to wait long to be helped. there is always three people working. I never go there on fridays because they cash out checks.
i couldn’t give them four stars because once i was cashing out my income tax and they wanted to make a copy of my social security card, and when i asked why they said they have to keep it on file there. i said i don’t feel comfortable with that and cash them some where else that they don’t need a copy, they just need to see it.
other then this they are very friendly and understanding.
