I’m shocked this location has such a low score. The workers couldn’t be more friendly and efficient. Of course they ask if you’d like to change air filter, etc but if you don’t want to, say no! After all maintaining your car is important. Prices were reasonable and I like that they lee your info on file. Beats trying to go to the dealership and deal with their pressure sales.

They changed the bolt that releases the oil and charged me $ 3.99 for it without even telling me. When I questioned the charge then only I was told. I insisted to show me the old bolt and found it to be in perfect condition (seemed that they didn’t change anything but just charged me expecting that I wouldn’t notice). Nevertheless I paid and later complained about the unethical practice. The manager called me and apologized and promised the a complimentary oil change next time. When I went there next time there was another manager and he dishonored the promise. I ditched them since and getting the oil changed at Sear for $ 19.99 instead of $ 35.
Also, many time they wouldn’t even check/​refill the windshield liquid. The only checks they are interested in are the ones where they want to sell their services.

Same problem as previous review (See Steven Z). Service person told me my car manufacturer required expensive synthetic oil and said I would have to sign a release if I put in conventional oil. This was a lie. The cars manual, dealer and Valvoline all confirmed this afterwards. Very unethical tactics. I will never go back.

Just visited this location. Service person told me that that the manufacturer required that the car have synthetic oil. The manual for the car does not specify synthetic and a call to a local dealer confirmed that. He wanted me to sign a waiver saying that I was disregarding the «manufacturer’s» requirements. Will not return to this location.
