This review is for both the Verizon store & the service(including Fios). As far as quick internet goes, Fios is amazing! Five stars for Fios internet. The cable tv stations leave something to be desired, I lost channels after upgrading to a «higher level» option. What’s up with that Verizon? Ok. Then I had a problem with a Verizon product, I requested a repair. They sent someone to fix a line, texted me that it was«fixed» but it wasn’t. Next they gave me a window for when they would return, but then called & said they were running late. So I had to take off another day & wait for the repair, which was done correctly the second time. Both times, the repair men were highly professional & sharp. Seemed the problem was with the system. I like the people Verizon hires, always professional, never had any issues. Ironically, communication is the problem here. Verizon was responsive but I hate their phone tree. The store is decent, I had a problem with an iPad, went in & they fixed it immediately. I think I’d be happy with Verizon if they 1) got rid of their phone tree when you try to call them and 2) made it easier to get repairs done.

Went in today to switch phones from Sprint to Verizon. There must have been 10 employees standing around talking and goofing off. Not ONE employee asked if they could help us. After playing with the phones for 10 minutes, we walked out. We will still switch to Verizon, but at the Riverside store, not Port Chester.

Just left this store. Came in for a headset and stood around for 5mins without anyone helping me. Got ignored by one employee who pretended not the hear me ask for help. The other employees behind the register saw this and extended no help. Never again…

I went there today to upgrade my phone with my brother and unfortunately my brother & I am got into a verbal dispute over whether to do Verizon edge or a two year contract. We started to get loud and I want to apologize to the staff. Also, i have to say that they handled it really well. Bryon and Hope were two sales associates that calmed us down and handle the situation well, they both showed great professionalism. I highly recommend going to this store because first off it is not a authorized dealer, it is the actual Verizon. Second, all of the staff seems legit and very professional and they all have great knowledge of their products. we were also given advice on how to save money on our monthly bill. Thanks a lot guys! #GoBryonAndHope!

I went to the Verizon Store to transfer an old T-mobile phone # onto a new Verizon Apple iPhone 6. The service was extremely good and my transaction was successfully completed. I received a $ 200 credit on the new phone as I transferred the phone number from another cell phone carrier. Then, as I was already a Verizon FIOS customer, I received a further $ 200 credit. A good all round experience.

My phone broke due to a corrupt update and I had to order a new one. When I brought the new phone in, I asked the woman to run all updates before activating the phone. I stood there for over an hour waiting. She didn’t run the recent updates, refused to transfer my information from my old phone to the new one telling me I had to redownload everything on my own, and didn’t know how to make basic changes to settings. I left with a phone I can’t use, and now have to run the update that broke my phone in the first place. When I originally bought the phone it took this store over three hours to activate it. I will never go back.
