I love it!

Have had a storage unit at Westy for more than 4 years. The building is immaculate (this coming from someone who is more of a neat/​clean freak than most)!!! There are plenty of rolling carts, big elevators, and automatic doors so moving stuff in/​out is a breeze. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to provide little extras for their customers. Thirsty? They keep complimentary bottles of water behind the counter. Moving large items that don’t fit in your car? They have a box truck you can use. You get one free rental and then after that it is $ 50 — still way cheaper than renting a truck on your own. And you don’t pay for gas, mileage, padded blankets, or hand trucks — it’s all included. One time I needed the truck on a day it was already booked, so they arranged to have a second truck brought over from another location. I didn’t even have to ask — they just offered. There has been the occasional administrative blip (e.g. accidentally charging my credit card twice), but I’ve always been able to call and get the issue resolved in just a few minutes. Frustration and hassle free.
The only area for improvement is the hours. They close at 6 pm during the week (the gate locks from the outside at 5:45), so my visits are restricted to the weekend. I would like to see them have one or two late nights during the week (maybe til 8 pm) and open a little earlier on Sundays.
